Lightシリーズは、人の眼の虹彩の部分を抽出して描いた絵画作品群である。トリミングされた画面は独立し、抽象性をまとい、一見何が描かれているのか判別はできないが、実在する人物の虹彩（人1人を特定しうる情報）が基となっている。「独立しつつ、どこかに含まれている」ということは、存在についての一つの本質であると考える。
The Light series is a group of paintings drawn from the iris of the human eye.
